The meatballs with lemon are tasty meatballs covered with lemon cream, obviously salty. Once the meatballs these will be passed in flour and then cooked in a mix of water, wine and lemon juice. How to make meatballs
In a bowl combine minced meat, parmesan, lemon peel, breadcrumbs, salt and parsley.
Taking a little dough at a time, form small meatballs.
Now pass them in the flour.
Melt the butter with the garlic clove in a pan.
Then add the meatballs.
Brown the meatballs, on both sides, over low heat.
Lift the garlic.
Meanwhile, combine the water, wine and lemon juice in a bowl.
When golden brown, wet the meatballs with the liquid part just prepared and put a lid on.
Cook for about 15 minutes or until a thick sauce forms.
Your lemon meatballs are ready to be served.
